Latest Accepted Records from the Bird Records Committee published

Discussion of Round 31 submissions to the Bird Records Committee has been completed. Consensus decisions to “accept” were made for ten of the twelve submissions for this round. A number of very rare birds for BC are included in this round, including the one pictured below.
