Conference & AGM Registration & Payment

To register for the Conference & AGM, there are two steps: 1) complete the registration form and submit, 2) pay below.

Please fill out a separate form for each person.

Waiver:  All registrants for the conference are required to complete the WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS form before signing up for any field trip. Forms will be made available at the AGM at the time of registering for the field trips. Please review the content of the Waiver in advance HERE.

Registration closes May 30.

AGM registrations & payment must be received by BCFO on or before May 30.

2) PAYMENT

Please make sure your form above is submitted and then complete your payment via either option below.

A) Payment via eTransfer:

Our preferred method of payment is via eTransfer using this contact email for BCFO: payment@bcfo.ca

To send an eTransfer, log into your bank account online, and add BCFO as a Contact using the email address payment@bcfo.ca (only an email address is needed) Then send the eTransfer through your bank account to BCFO. Your payment will be automatically deposited to the BCFO account. If you have any questions please contact us using the form on the Contact Us page.

B) Payment via Paypal:

Full Conference Rate – $195.00 includes Friday night Meet & Greet, Saturday & Sunday lunches and Saturday evening dinner & speaker, plus all field trips and talks.



Social Events Only – $75.00 Friday night Meet & Greet, and Saturday dinner & speaker.



Young Birders (under 19 years of age) – $90.00 includes Friday night Meet & Greet, Saturday & Sunday lunches and Saturday evening dinner & speaker, plus all field trips and talks.



If you are paying for more than one person please repeat the PayPal payment process for the number of people you are paying for. For example, to pay for two full conference registrants, pay $195.00 twice. To pay for one Full Conference Rate and one Social Rate pay $195 and $75.

Please ensure the total number of payments corresponds with the names provided in the registration form above.

Should you wish to complete the whole registration process via regular mail, please print and complete the Registration Form from the magazine, and mail it along with your cheque payable to British Columbia Field Ornithologists to the following address:
