Announcing BCFO 2026 Annual Conference & Extension Trip

The Lillooet Naturalists look forward to hosting the 2026 BCFO Annual General Meeting & Conference in beautiful Lillooet BC from June 5-7, 2026.

Full details will be posted soon online, under Events tab in the top menu, and in the next issue of BC Birding magazine. Registration will open later in February. BCFO 36th AGM & CONFERENCE, June 5-7, 2026, Lillooet, BC

Location:

Conference activities will take place at different venues. Friday evening social will be at the Lillooet Brewing Company, 104 Main Street, Lillooet. Saturday & Sunday indoor activities will be at the T’it’q’et reserve at the P’egp’ig’lha Community Centre, 59 Retasket Drive. T’it’q’et is an alcohol-free venue.

A list of possible accommodations including hotels, motels, cabins, and camping will be provided with the full details of the conference.

PRE-CONFERENCE EXTENSION TRIP, June 3-5, Merritt/Logan Lake/Cache Creek BC

An Extension Trip will be held from Merritt to Cache Creek from June 3-5, 2026. Trip Leader is Alan Burger. Details will be posted soon under the Events tab in the top menu. Registration will be online only and will open April 2. In order to register for the Extension Trip, you must be a paid-up member of BCFO and have registered & paid for the AGM & Conference.
